- NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER.
- ELIGIBILITY:
The BFG Christmas Event 2012 is open to all active members of Clan BFG joined on or before Nov 30, 2012. - HOW TO ENTER:
Must be a member of Clan BFG and must be online both In-Game and TeamSpeak on the day of the special event/raffle. - GIVEAWAY/PRIZES:
Three (3) Winners of the Special In-Game Events and Two (2) Randomly Chosen Winners will each receive One (1) Bundle of the following PC games. (Company of Heroes, Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor, Metro 2033, Darksiders and Red Faction: Armageddon. A total of Five (5) Game Bundles will be given away. Approximate retail value of each game bundle is $109.94 or P4,471.96 (As of Dec 2, 2012) - THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY:
Sponsors and Admins do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Potential winners will be notified on the spot or via Email, Phone Call or Text Messaging at the same day of the event/raffle. The potential winner is required to acknowledge and redeem the prize within Twenty Four (24) Hours or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant to Sponsors and Admins of an unconditional right to use winner’s name, address, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. A member can only win once, If the member has multiple accounts, only his/her primary account is valid to join the event/raffle. Sponsors and Admins reserve the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this giveaway/event, and their decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway/event. Sponsors and Admins reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that either finds to be I) acting in violation of these Rules; II) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; III) acting with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of the Sponsor or Admin or to erode the goodwill of either; or IV) exhibiting conduct that either finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable. Prizes may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold or transferred. Refusal to accept any prize releases Sponsors and Admins of all further obligations or liabilities.
